ABOUT ME

Alexandra is a specialist in cross-cultural management, global leadership and the development of a global mindset within individuals, teams and organizations working internationally. She has trained, coached and advised more than a thousand clients from major multinational corporations, SME's and international not- for-profit organisations across a wide range of industries and nationalities. She was raised, educated and worked in several European countries and in the U.S., knowing first-hand the challenges of a life abroad. She started her career as a learning and development professional in a leading financial company. She then worked for more than a decade in global mobility, helping expatriates and their families with their international transfer and integration. She designed, delivered and evaluated a multitude of cross-cultural management and global leadership programs for the expatriate employees, as well as career development coaching sessions for the accompanying spouses. She is advising companies how to instill a global mindset at all the levels of the organisation, using the wide pallette of learning & development tools, techniques and strategies available to create synergies from a multicultural workforce. She has a BA in Political Science (with focus on International Relations) from the University of Geneva, a BA in History from the University of Paris X, certificates in global communications and strategy from Thunderbird and is a certified global leadership coach
