Amanda Hoover is the trainer at Belco Community Credit Union where she has been drinking the credit union Kool-Aid for 16 years (training for nearly 10 of those). Being the only L&D professional for a majority of that time, Amanda has experience spanning from developing and facilitating in-person training to self-directed online modules on a wide variety of topics. An ATD member since 2013, Amanda took a more active role in the Central PA Chapter by joining the Marketing Committee in mid-2020 and then served as the VP of Marketing in 2021 & 2022. In 2023, Amanda will serve as VP of Administration. In her personal time, Amanda serves on the Big Brother Big Sister of the Capital Region board of directors, is an active den leader for Cub Scout Pack 279 and can be found Saturday mornings volunteering at the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area’s vaccine clinics.
