Arthur Schweitzer is a Project Manager on the technology side at the Association for Talent Development. He is most intrigued by the implementation and ideation for new projects. He went to Babson College for his MBA because of its focus of entrepreneurship. He is a firm believer there is always opportunities to improve. Prior to receiving his graduate degree, he worked at the Aviation Suppliers Association as a Project Coordinator for their ASA-100 Accreditation program. His focus was on simplifying audit procedure and reducing auditor burden. 

Recently married, he lives in Bethesda with his wife. He enjoys wood working, listening to audiobooks and completing puzzles.
