In his youth, Brad Dean worked as general manager of the Hard Rock Café in Myrtle Beach, SC. During his time there, he developed valuable skills in marketing and promotional strategies, which would prove instrumental in later years. As CEO of Discover Puerto Rico, he has not only brought the company record-levels of revenue but also led the post-disaster recovery in Puerto Rico in the wake of Hurricane Maria. In just two years, the tourism industry was re-stabilized to pre-Maria levels.
