Brian Jarvis

Since entering the learning enviroment in 2012 as a contract facilitator with Webster Bank I have dedicated the last 7 years on personal development in the learning space. A certificate holder in design from TD, I now manage the learning team at United Bank Corp. in Hartford, CT.

I have assisted in bringing e-learning to the organization and improving their sales, technical and core cuirriculum. Things that are very important to me:

Continuous Improvement- Work with SME/Business Line leaders to create impact and behavior change.

Leading the Way- Finding strategic ways to keep United Bank's learning programs up with the trends to keep our learning programs competitive.

Behavior Change- Development and Leveraging learning programs that will create impact and skills to get the most of an organizational behaviors.

Data- Leveraging data to show ROI and impact on an organization. Using needs based analysis techniques to learn about an organization's needs.
