Carly Wilkinson is an organizational development and change professional with over ten years of program management, facilitation, coaching and design experience. She has managed large scale culture; leadership development; and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) projects with Australian and global clients in financial services, technology, insurance, logistics, healthcare and not-for-profit sectors including Facebook, IAG, Microsoft, and SVHA and AMP. Having gained experience working internationally all over the world, Carly has developed a passion for living and working with diverse cultures and people.
