In 2020, Cathy joined Soho House as its global L&D director. There, she focused on cultivating a more diverse and inclusive working and learning environment, demonstrating her commitment to equality and inclusivity in the workplace. Following this, she took on the role of chief learning officer at the Learning and Performance Institute, where she developed new initiatives for the business and provided support and guidance to L&D leaders and their teams, further enhancing her reputation as a trusted leader in her field.
