Chelsea C. Williams is deeply passionate about a more equitable and inclusive workplace. As a workplace strategist, international speaker, and the founder and CEO of Reimagine Talent (formerly College Code), she supports national organizations in centering diversity, equity, and inclusion as a forethought, rather than an afterthought, with a specialty in developing consciously inclusive early talent and people managers.

Upon graduating Spelman College, Williams started her career on Wall Street, where for a decade, she managed human capital across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Today she is a highly sought advisor to global organizations on talent attraction, development, and retention. She has supported organizations including Ben & Jerry's, Johnson & Johnson, Kate Spade, Gatorade, Omnicom Media, and The Stanford Graduate School of Business.
