Chris Cimitile has been working in and around the talent development, organizational effectiveness and HR arenas for more than three decades in a number of capacities, at many companies, and across multiple industries.

Currently, he is responsible for talent development, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, the LMS, and talent management operations in general for Arkema in the Americas (part of the Paris-based Arkema Group, a world player in specialty chemicals).

Additionally, he is a Past President of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of ATD.

Chris has earned a master's degree from Syracuse University's Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation Program, as well as a bachelor's degree from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations (back when they called HR “personnel management”).
