I transitioned to the instructional design field in 2009 from a background in sales and customer service / retention. Prior to joining Barclaycard, I worked for Arizona State University consulting on various training and E-Learning projects and Grand Canyon University (GCU) as a Program Manager where he created and instructed training for new staff, coaches and administration.My support at GCU helped drive the success of revising existing training modules to incorporate updated training needs based on policy, regulation changes and growth. 

In my spare time,I enjoy hiking, playing tennis, golf, working with charitable organizations and flying airplanes as a private pilot.
