Courtney is a senior learning experience designer with more than 10 years of experience in the field of education, including higher education and, most recently, corporate learning. As an LXD, she collaborates with training strategists, clients, subject matter experts (SMEs), visual designers, course developers, and quality assurance specialists to create inclusive and meaningful learning experiences for their global organization. Drawing on her background in helping professions like counseling, vocational rehabilitation, and academic advising, she is empathy-driven. This fuels her focus on making digital learning content accessible to all learners. Courtney strongly believes that employees should have opportunities to upskill and reskill to reach their fullest potential, which aligns with Our Credo.
