David Jackson
ABOUT ME

 

David S. Jackson, Wing Process Manager 512th Airlift Wing, Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Mr. Jackson is responsible for Air Force Continuous Process Improvement, Innovation and Air Force Lessons Learned programs at the wing. As the process manager hs is responsible for building and maintaining organic problem solving, innovative solutions and lessons learned expertise. He plans, develops and facilitates utilization of internal control measures and organizational key performance metrics for 19 assigned units to identify and inform leadership of potential process improvement opportunities.

 

Mr. Jackson enlisted in the regular Air Force in September 2000. At his first assignment at Dover AFB, he served in a variety of positions in the fuels career field. He transitioned to the Air Force Reserve as an Air Reserve Technician in August 2007, fulfilling roles such as fuels trainer, operations section chief and additional management positions. During his time as a fuels specialist, he deployed in support of multiple overseas contingency operations to include operations Enduring Freedom and New Dawn. Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Jackson was the Flight Chief, Force Development 512th Force Support Squadron, Dover AFB, Delaware where he was responsible for the force development, on-the-job training and ancillary training programs for the 512th Airlift Wing, overseeing training and development programs for over 1,750 assigned personnel.

Additionally, he is an Adjunct Faculty member at Wilmington University in Dover Delaware instructing a variey of subjects for the College of Arts and Sciences to include Critical Thinking, Human World Views and Arts and Science Senior Seminar Capstone courses.
