My name is Edwiygh Franck and I am Senior Talent Development Specialist at NCCI. I have over 12 years of experience in the training development and e-learning arena.  I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami. I furthered my education at Nova Southeastern University and earned a Master's degree in Instruction, Curriculum and Technology. Finally, I earned my Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Adult and Community Education from Florida Atlantic University.  I am a lifelong learner and I welcome any opporuntiy to acquire new knowledge.
