ABOUT ME

I am an award-winning hospitality professional experienced in directing operations at casual and upscale restaurants, five-star resorts and full-service multiplex facilities. I am a strong leader who leads by example through a hands-on management style.

I am excellent at building high performance service teams and developing comprehensive training programs to improve the skill set of all staff. I am successful in monitoring budgets, analyzing profit and loss, and managing food, beverage, and labor costs. I set high service standards in ensuring guests receive exemplary serving experiences.

Throughout my career I have been successful in maintaining high guest satisfaction, developing and implementing service training programs, and providing financial management for business P&L. I am also skilled in directing special events, designing menu promotions, and monitoring inventory.

Some of my career achievements include:
- Hosting 20K visitors for 10 days at Cinema Holdings multiplex theater for Miami’s International Film Festival.
- Achieving 27% food 23% beverage costs for VSP World.
- Designing and executing a comprehensive training program for Meat Market Palm Beach which turned entry level trainees into hospitality professionals.
