Evan has over 20 years of experience as a leadership development practitioner/coach and consultant.

Evan has served as a leadership coach and lead facilitator for companies in the US, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. In this role, he was responsible for the design, and delivery of a leadership development program for HiPo's and executive leadership. 

Evan worked as an entrepreneur successfully starting and building two businesses focusing on the facilities maintenance business and Training and Development Consulting business. In these businesses he had the opportunity to both, work with and develop, leaders within his own business as well as those that he serviced and worked with.

To add impact and a solid hold of the world and work which he is involved in, Evan worked on and received a Masters of Organization Management and Development with an emphasis in coaching and has added the designation of Certified Professional Coach by the Center for Coaching Certification, an ICF partner, and has recently received his GPHR or Global Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
