Fred Hairston is a Training Manager who has been training for over 15 years. He has worked in the mental health, education and workforce development sectors and possesses a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development. In addition to managing the National Able Network’s Training Department, he also facilitates webinar and classroom workshops such as Effective Job Search Planning, Resume Development, Interviewing Skills and Social Media. He also conducts employee leadership sessions to assess and develop the organization’s staff resources. He prides himself in meeting his clients “where they are” and through collaboration, promotes the utilization of an individual’s and/or company’s strengths to achieve their professional goals.
