Janice has 30 years of experience as an internal corporate Development Consultant. She now partners with a variety of industries to design and deliver professional and organizational development solutions under her consulting firm Aull About U. Janice’s most recent corporate role was Manager of Organizational Development with CDW, a provider of technology products, services, and solutions. She also has over 13 years of experience managing both hourly and salary employees.

 

As a motivational facilitator, speaker, and coach, Janice believes in a results-oriented performance improvement focus. To accomplish this outcome, she collaborates with clients to tailor and facilitate solutions that meet their specific development needs. She will utilize assessment tools to increase self-awareness and inspire leaders, individuals, and teams to move from where they are to where they want to be.

 

Janice’s passion and expertise are in leadership/employee development, implementing/embracing change, team effectiveness, engagement, and communication.

Janice is also a faculty member at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management where she teaches Effective Leadership, Organizational Communication, Workplace Diversity, and customized Corporate Learning Solutions.

 

Janice received her Master’s Degree in Facilitating Human Performance Improvement from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and received a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning through Boise State University in Boise, Idaho. Janice is also a certified coach.
