Jay Feldman attended medical school in New York City at Toro College of Medicine. After graduating Toro College of Medicine, Jay Feldman moved to Florida and founded his businesses that he continues to run to this day. He is the founder of Otter PR and REX Fitness. When not busy managing his successful companies, Jay Feldman loves to stay active play sports, including volleyball and basketball. He also loves taking his dog for walks in his local park.
