Jennifer Degen is senior manager of design at the Bank of Montreal’s corporate university. She has worked at the bank for 27 years, with 21 of those years in learning design, development, and delivery. She currently leads a design team focused on enterprise learning supporting leadership, risk and regulatory, technology and operations, and corporate areas training. Jen is a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC) and combines this expertise with an educational background in psychology to better understand human performance and what motivates change in people.
