Jen James has worked in education and training for 20 years and in the virtual classroom environment for the past 5 years.  She has experience in many roles including technical and instructional producing as well as facilitating, bringing multiple perspectives to the classroom to enhance your training.  Jen enjoys introducing people to learning in this environment as well as sharing new tips and techniques to those already familiar with learning virtually.
