Not only does she love to learn, but she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise with others. Her success is helping others achieve success by building skills for today and tomorrow. Joelle has held various positions in the retail industry including Operations, HR and Training positions in varying levels of leadership. She has achieved success and positive results in managing others, reducing expenses and controlling shrink. She recently has accepted a strategic role as Talent Development Advisor for Rite Aid Corporation, after serving in a field capacity for 3 years as a Senior Manager of Training and Development for the same organization. While training and learning are her passions by day, she also enjoys photography and is an aspiring gardener.
