ABOUT ME

I bring an unwavering track record of supporting teams, implementing executive-level priorities, tackling special projects, coordinating administrative responsibilities, and fiercely advocating for social justice, equity, anti-racism, inclusion, and belonging. I am committed to ensuring confidentiality, building bridges across teams, coaching, and providing effective and efficient solutions.

Currently, I am the director of noncredit and alternative enrollment and serve as an adjunct faculty member in the Educational Leadership department at Central Michigan University. I also serve as an instructional designer with ansrsource, a company focused on transforming, designing, developing, and delivering customized learning experiences with their Inclusion Institute™

My doctoral dissertation focused on the campus climate for transgender and nonbinary students in a university setting. I've been speaking at national conferences on the importance of creating an inclusive environment for transgender and nonbinary students, faculty, and staff. I have 22+ years experience facilitating safe zone training, NCBI's Prejudice Reduction Workshops, and various topics related to DEI in higher education. I have also shared my dissertation research at national conferences including the Higher Learning Commission, where I was invited to present to their Peer Corps Group. I have presented at NASPA, IUPUI, AASCU, and most recently at the #ATD23 conference.
