Judy Ellis is senior vice president of diversity, equity, and inclusion advisory, leading the global DEI consulting practice at AMS, a global talent workforce solutions firm. She has primary responsibility for setting direction and delivering strategic DEI solutions for clients.
Prior to joining AMS, Ellis’s 20-year DEI career included leading two firms: ThinkPeople, a certified woman- and minority-owned consultancy; and Integrity Development, a DEI training company cofounded with her husband Eric Ellis. She began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she worked in corporate communications on brands including Folgers, Pringles, and Jiff.
Ellis has served as an adjunct instructor in workforce diversity at the University of Cincinnati’s Master’s in Applied Psychology Program. She has a BS in management and organizations from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business and holds a certificate in diversity and inclusion from Cornell University and a certificate in coaching from the International Coaching Federation. She also is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory.
