The career of Justin Dye, principal at Heritage Elementary school for eight years, is one that covers twenty years, and a fast rise from childcare worker to leader in the field. He began his teaching career at La Paloma Academy in Tucson and worked his way up from second-grade teacher to vice principal while he worked there for seven years.
