Justin Wayne Carter is an assistant professor of management at the University of North Alabama and senior consultant at Vantage Associates. He is a graduate of UNA with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration. He also holds a master in leadership studies and a PhD in human capital management and is a board-certified executive coach. Carter is passionate about promoting positivity in the workplace with a recent TEDx Talk encouraging companies to measure what matters.
