Kate Guillot is a Training Specialist with DEMCO out of Greenwell Springs, LA. She graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, LA with a Master of Science in Human Resource & Leadership Development. Her strengths within L&D are building leadership and development programs and content, identifying training and leadership gaps within different departments and process improvement.
