She has 15+ years corporate experience working in financial services, government, healthcare, and professional services industries. She demonstrates her expertise in training delivery through facilitation, coaching, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and influencing skills and has formal training in Public Speaking, Training & Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Communication in Organizations.

Kim has a proven track record for delivering successful classroom and web training to business professionals from senior management to mid and entry levels from various professions and industries.
