LaLeesha Haynes is a performance-driven professional with ten combined years of program management, writing and training experience. During that time, she has spent seven years promoting new hire training in the IT and Transportation industries.  In her current position at Union Pacific Railroad, her focus is on managing the Operating Management Training Programs which includes managing employees, consulting on projects with internal stakeholders, and ongoing process improvement and leadership training strategies. She has a Master of Arts Degree from Creighton University and in addition to her work at Union Pacific Railroad she is a Technical Writing instructor at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
