Laura is a Senior Manager at Accenture based in the Hartford Office.  She has a background in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, including change management, training/learning, coaching, organizational design, and leadership development.  She has 20 years’ experience with planning and executing training plans, communications, and people readiness activities.  At Accenture, she has worked on training and change management teams for several system implementations, and have worked in various industries, including communications, financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical, and government.  She has a master's in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from NYU.
