Lauren joined Accenture in 2000. After working for seven years as a consultant to a variety of clients across North America, she transferred to the Global Human Resources Team. Lauren’s current area of focus is developing Accenture’s global onboarding strategy for over 60,000 new joiners annually across 69 countries. She also has extensive experience in the areas of project management, career management, mergers & acquisitions, communications, surveying, metrics, and using social collaboration effectively within the corporate environment. Lauren has a BA from Northwestern University and, prior to Accenture, worked in education. She is now based in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two young children.
