As part of TELUS International's Learning Excellence team, I lead our Learning Excellence Solutions, partnering with our clients and operations to create learning programs that drive retention, engagement and improved customer service. 

Prior to joining TI, I spent 12 years as a Learning Stategist with Skillsoft where I consulted with clients across the US and Canada to develop their learning strategies and to maximize the overall effectiveness of their learning program.
