Melina holds an M.Ed in Learning Design & Technologies and an M.A. in Human Behavior. She is interested growing her passion for leading others in effective learning for all areas of life skills and workplace training, currently focused on how AI will continue to change the field. Melina has designed, created, and led workplace learning, health and wellness practices, life skills development, and recovery-focused workshops for mental health coping strategies. .
