The pandemic hit like a freight train. Suddenly, an essential workforce had to conduct business but in a new (oftentimes virtual) environment. Anyone who knows me knows that I love change. In fact, I thrive on it.

I continue to lead Eden Housing's pivot from in-person training into the virtual learning environment. But something else came out of the pandemic. The need to get critical, and possibly life-saving, information out to all staff at the drop of a hat.

I helped the executive team get critical messaging out to staff using new mediums during this challenging time. In this expanded role, I take the lead in coordinating and conducting internal staff communications while still overseeing talent and organizational development. Welcome to the Zoomer Generation!
