As a lifelong learner, Monica Vieson has been working in training and development for the last 15 years and at the end of 2019 moved into the virtual training space. She has worked with groups ranging in size from three to four to more than 200 and has maintained the same goal: providing an opportunity to learn and share through authentic dialogue and positive rapport. Whether virtually or in person, she believes nothing is more rewarding than bringing together a group of individuals from all walks of life to professionally and personally experience growth.

She recently started raising chickens—yes, chickens! They are amazing animals, and she loves sitting with them while they chatter and wander. Monica is an avid kayaker and takes any chance she can to go camping. Not bad for a city girl turned country!
