Nitin Puri works for aramco, the world's largest energy company, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Leveraging both the Unity3D and Unreal game engines, Nitin has developed immersive learning experiences, resulting in successful workforce deployment, across multiple corporate Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Furthermore, as Operational Excellence (OE) Customer Focus champion, Nitin has collaborated with cross-functional units, and increased customer satisfaction KPIs, with the analysis of both proponent and end user feedback, for the department's products and services.

Nitin also takes pride in mentoring both long-term coop, and short-term summer students, by fostering their development and soft skills, for transition into the Saudi workforce.

As validation, Nitin has also obtained his Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
