Raydiance Dangerfield is an award-winning L&D leader who believes in using learning and creativity to empower others. She has designed and developed training programs for healthcare, finance, nonprofit, and education sectors. In 2015, she received the Emerging Training Leader Award from Training Magazine for her work supporting an organizational change initiative. In 2018, she received two LEAD awards from HR.com for her team’s first-time manager program. She is passionate about change management, design thinking, and coaching leaders to create high performing teams.
