Richard has worked for FranklinCovey as a Client Partner since 2014 and has been an Iowan since 2016. He is passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their own version of greatness. Prior to working in the learning and development space with FranklinCovey, Richard spent 10 years in sales leadership.  He is happily married with 5 kids.
