Since earning his Master’s Degree in Business Management and Organizational Behavior; Robert has worked in multiple leadership roles in various industries helping to solidify their T&D needs including areas in Education, Insurance & Financial Services, Sales Training, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail/Wholesale and Merchandising.
As a business-owner and leader; he has spent the better part of his career working with other business owners, corporate leaders, and non-profits to help identify, prioritize and improve their organization’s employee engagement, training and leadership development needs.
