Ryan Beck has spent 17 years in corporate education across the disciplines of instructional design, media development, program management, performance consulting, and content management. Currently, he works within Walmart’s Associate Experience Design Team, leading a team focused on building quality learning experiences for Walmart’s 1.5 million U.S associates through digital media content.

Beck earned his bachelor’s degree of science in instructional technology from California State University, Chico. After completing his degree, he worked for a community bank as the lead learning technologist. In 2006, he was recruited to join the Walmart L&D team.
