Sara Melita
ABOUT ME

Sara Vose Melita is a consultant, executive coach, facilitator, and trainer passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations improve performance. With 20+ years of experience, she has a number of areas of specialty such as change management, leadership development, process improvement, and strategic planning. 

Having facilitated 500+ educational programs, group problem-solving workshops, and strategy and team building sessions, she knows how to engage a team. She manages group process, uses techniques to develop and encourage participation, and establishes an environment conducive to sharing information, exchanging ideas, and learning. She knows how to deal with difficult behaviors and help teams address elephants in the room.

Sara has created and delivered hundreds of custom interventions that improved performance in support of organizational goals. Sara has hands-on experience with major change programs (e.g., culture change, downsizing, performance management, system implementations, reorganizations). 

Sara’s clients include non-profits such as AARP, George Washington University, Johns Hopkins University and for-profit firms including several global technology businesses. 

She received a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Science from the Johns Hopkins University.
