Shari Chapman, founder and principal, is passionately committed to helping others realize their potential. Shari works with individuals to help them discover their talents and translate them into strengths. She also partners with leaders to assist them to get the most out of their team’s talents, and she helps them develop confidence and to build on their leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills. 

 

Shari has been an advocate for strengths-based development for 20 years. She has incorporated this practice in her previous Talent Development roles at GoDaddy.com, The MullenLowe Group, IPG-Mediabrands, Disney-ABC Media Networks, The Walt Disney Company, and The Gallup Organization. Additionally, she has consulted and facilitated for various industries including utilities, automotive, financial services and manufacturing.

 

Shari has a B.A. in Sociology from University of San Diego and a M.A. in Counseling/Career Counseling from Chapman University.
