Since joining the Walmart Associate Experience Design Team in July 2015, Stuart has seen a shift in retail and other industries to embrace a culture of learning. He has been involved in that paradigm shift at Walmart by serving learners first as an instructional designer and then as a learning experience architect. As the organization continues to embrace the value of learning, his focus is providing learners with innovative and relevant experiences that improve performance, leading to positive impact on key business metrics. Stuart and his wife, Hanna, and son, Henry, live in northwest Arkansas and enjoy spending time in the beauty of the Arkansas hills.
