Before retiring to work as a consultant, Susan was the global director of sales and training excellence at a large global organization, winning multiple awards for her work. She now focuses on using her knowledge and experience to help others reach their potential and achieve their developmental goals.

Susan has a deep expertise in human performance improvement techniques and specializes in creative facilitation techniques to drive performance change and engage learners. She identifies performance gaps, key performance indicators, adult learning principles, results-based training development, high-impact training delivery, and training evaluation methods.
