I am a live instructor-led facilitator in virtual and classroom settings for national media company Advance Local. I work with sales, sales support, sales management, and fulfillment team members to improve their role-based skills and knowledge. I also develop and update training programs several times per year on topics such as conducting needs analysis meetings, teamwork, customer service, digital marketing strategy, and client reports.  I've been active in ATD and my regional chapter, TD Cascadia, for several years, and I also am an organizer and facilitator of TD Cascadia's Communities in Practice continuing education series. I live in Beaverton, Oregon with my husband and three cats and enjoy playing computer and tabletop games.
