Mrs. Rodas provides world-class professional development training to the federal Inspector General (IG) community by assessing performance needs, designing training/learning, and facilitating training/learning and events. As a certified 5 Moments of Need (5MoN) Designer and an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD), she assesses performance needs and then designs, develops and delivers learning solutions. She assists in the ongoing update of learning content and coaches instructors on delivery methods for training content. As a master trainer, she teaches in many of the programs offered by the Audit, Inspection & Evaluation Academy: Introductory Auditor; Intermediate Auditor; Planning, Organizing, and Writing Effective Reports (POWER); and Coaching Effective Writing. She also serves as a trainer-of-trainers for all CIGIE Adjunct Instructors in collaboration with the Inspector General Criminal Investigator Academy (IGCIA) at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). As a master facilitator, she serves as a facilitator throughout the IG community for both agency and community-wide events. She facilitates offsite planning meetings for the CIGIE Executive Council (12 IGs) and serves as the lead facilitator for the IG Annual Meetings (70+ IGs). She also facilitates Executive Staff Meetings for various IGs as well as Executive Level Team Meetings throughout the OIG Community. Mrs. Rodas has contributed to the global learning community through active participation in the Association for Talent Development (ATD): Metro DC Chapter of ATD; the ATD Forum; and facilitating at the ATD International Conference & EXPO. She has the high honor of serving on the ATD Forum’s Advisory Group (AG).
