Tara Satlow, PhD, is senior vice president of client solutions at TLD Group. With more than 20 years of cross-functional, progressive experience in organizational development, HR, executive coaching, counseling psychology, and clinical research, Satlow brings a dual perspective as both practitioner and healthcare leader. Her unique responsibilities include the design of customized client solutions, oversight of large-scale leadership development programs, executive coaching, consulting, speaking engagements, and support of sales and marketing efforts. Prior to joining TLD Group, Satlow was an internal organization development consultant at Lahey Health and worked in community mental health and private practice as a psychologist and executive coach. She earned her PhD in counseling psychology from Boston College, her MA in clinical psychology from Connecticut College, and her BA in psychology from Hofstra University.
