Tara Stratton, CPTD® is a social learning strategist and community experience designer, who consults with leaders on their talent development initiatives, using her diverse background as an entrepreneur, doula, and creative before entering into the learning experience design field.    When Tara is not consulting with organizations about how marketing and learning intersect, she is probably transporting her husband or children around the Midwest to play gigs, reading about the history of Kansas, or trying to get rid of her lawn with permaculture practices. Tara's passion project is exploring creative learning technologies to enhance public history education in disruptive ways.
