Terrence Donahue built his career by providing training and performance consulting services to Learning and Development professionals working in the biggest names across many industries - The Coca-Cola Company, Nike Europe, Chick-fil-A, Citibank Europe, Scandinavian Airlines, Abbott Laboratories, and the OSHA National Training Institute. Over the last 18 years he has personally trained and equipped over 30,000 Learning professionals on three continents. He has used his training and business skills to help drive major corporate initiatives in areas such as outcomes-based training, succession planning, leadership development, sales force excellence, price increase strategies, and learning transfer.

Terrence has driven results for the organizations he has worked for by introducing world-class practices and making them common practice in his organizations. He has held both strategic and tactical roles ranging from Senior Vice President of Training and Development at the world’s largest training workshop provider, Director of Training of North America at JohnsonDiversey, and Vice President of Instructor Quality at the National Restaurant Association.

With a depth of experience that few can match, he understands both the training business AND the business of training.
