Tyler Francis serves as the talent management consultant at Edmentum, where he oversees the employee onboarding process, upskilling initiatives, workforce planning, and talent analytics. Tyler has extensive training experience working in higher education at institutions such as UCLA, CU Boulder, and Mississippi State University. He is passionate about mentorship, coaching, and bringing out the best in others. Outside of work, Tyler can be found getting in a nice exercise at the gym, eating a double-wrapped burrito at Chipotle, or simply enjoying the company of his wife Savannah, daughter Natalie, and Aussiedoodle Roary.
