ABOUT ME

I have been in the Training & Management field since 1997, starting in IT Training and holding different positions from Junior to Senior Trainer and then Team Leader. Then I advanced to Training & Operations Supervisor, Research and Development Officer, Training & Operations Manager. During my career, I continuously delivered IT, soft skills, business, leadership, and management training.  I enjoy challenges, and my diverse background, as well as my vision for lifelong learning and guiding individuals and organizations through change can add a value to any organization I work for.

I believe that the most crucial part of every company is manpower and that the most important act is developing and guiding them. The skillset I’ve developed is highly applicable to positions where solid interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills are an advantage. That skillset includes the ability to see the big picture and think “outside the box,” as well as train, mentor, coach, and counsel individuals and groups in dealing with life’s transitions.

I have successfully built departments from the start-up phase - all as part of my focus to foster positive change. I offer the unique combination of teamwork skills that enhance organizational cohesiveness, strategic-planning skills that ensure successful programs, and people-oriented guidance that yields productivity and high morale.

Academically, I hold a Master of Business Administration from the Maastricht School of Management, a BS in Information Systems from Modern University for Business & Science. And other professional certificate can be found in my resume.

I led a team that represented the Kuwait Maastricht Business School in the Global Management Challenge, a management competition in strategic management which each team runs a simulated company with the objective of getting the highest investment performance. For two consecutive years, my team and I represented Kuwait in Romania (2013) and in Russia (2014) and we were the national Kuwait winners.

Since 2011, I have been a member of Toastmasters International a non-profit organization and a world leader in communication and leadership development.  I have held several positions, the most recent being Division Governor, responsible for 15 clubs with 200+ members of various nationalities.
